Nova Naturals operates this online store. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
Natural products may also have variations in colour, texture, aroma or appearance between batches. Such variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, availability and product ranges from time to time.
2. PRODUCT USE AND INFORMATION
Nova Naturals sells natural herbs, botanicals, teas, skincare and other natural products.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels, directions and warnings before use.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an applicable refund.
Customers should carefully check their order details, delivery address and selected products before completing an order.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
We may change prices or promotional offers from time to time. The applicable price will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.
Nova Naturals currently accepts the payment methods made available at checkout, including bank deposit/EFT where offered.
For bank deposit/EFT orders, customers must use their order number as the payment reference and provide proof of payment when requested.
An order paid by bank deposit will be processed once payment has been received and verified.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery options to addresses and collection points within the areas supported by the shipping methods displayed at checkout.
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery periods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Nova Naturals' reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will take reasonable steps to assist customers where a delivery is delayed or there is a delivery problem.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a customer has a valid right to a refund, replacement or other remedy, Nova Naturals will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the law and our Return and Refund Policy.

When placing an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, contact details, billing information and delivery address.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between the customer and Nova Naturals. Shopify provides the underlying ecommerce platform but is not the seller of Nova Naturals products.
