RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Nova Naturals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at novanaturalsza@gmail.com for assistance.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, UNSAFE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable South African consumer-protection law.

Consumers retain their statutory rights regarding defective goods, including applicable rights under the six-month implied warranty provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.

UNWANTED OR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbs, teas, skincare products, personal-care products and other consumable products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be considered for return if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. Approval is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit any statutory rights consumers may have.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method within a reasonable period after the returned product has been received and assessed.

Shipping and return costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer-protection law.

- Your order number

- The product you wish to return

- The reason for the return

- Photographs, where relevant

Please contact us before sending any product back so that we can provide return instructions.

EXCLUSIONS

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, unauthorised alteration, or use contrary to product instructions or warnings, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights consumers have under applicable South African consumer-protection law.
